We will discuss the circumstances of your particular case and we formulate a plan of action based on your budgetary parameters.  For these types of cases we require a retainer and a signed contract.  New York law requires that we provide you with a contract specifying the investigation actions requested and a written report at the conclusion of the case.  The initial retainer requested will be based on what type of investigation is needed, the investigative hours selected as well as resources required.
